Contraindications 1. Uncontrolled hypertension with possible cerebrovascular haemorrhage
2. Recent surgery or trauma
3. Susceptibility to internal
bleeding

6. Heavy vaginal bleeding
7. Bleeding diathesis
8. active peptic ulceration
Precautions 1. Monitor for bleeding and BP in acute stroke
2. Caution in recent surgery or invasive procedures
3. Diabetic hemorrhagic
retinopathy
4. Severe hepatic and renal
impairment
