1. Echinococcus multilocularis and E. granulosus infections prior to or not amenable to surgery
2. Neurocysticercosis

4. Filariasis
5. Ascariasis, hookworm infections,
strongyloidiasis, enterobiasis, trichuriasis,
trichostrongyliasis and capillariasis; cestode
infections
6. Tissue nematode infections
