| Precautions | 1. Use with caution in cardiovascular disease, hypertension 2. Psychotic disorders,prostatic hypertrophy, pyrexia, in those susceptible to angle-closure glaucoma and in the elderly 3. It should not be withdrawn abruptly in patients receiving long-term treatment. 4. Anmuscarinics are liable to abuse. 5. Elderly males with possible prostate hypertrophy 6. Tardive dyskinesia 7.
