Contraindications | Second- or third-degree AV block and sick sinus syndrome (unless pacemaker fitted), acute myocardial infarction, cardiovascular shock; asthma |
Precautions | 1. Atrial fibrillation or flutter 2. heart transplant; 3. pregnancy |
Adverse Effects | 1. chest pain 2. Transient facial flush 3. bronchospasm 4. dyspnoea 5. nausea 6. severe bradycardia |
